How to get started in designing a quilt

Designing a quilt can become as easy as making a quilt

If you have been spending time on the internet or going through the pages of your quilt book or magazine, you most likely have never come across an article giving you the "tips and tricks" of designing a quilt.

Designing is as easy as making a quilt, you just need the step by step information to help you.

Join me to get a glimpse at what is on the other side of that quilt making for which pen and paper are the only tools needed.

This Workshop is a MUST KNOW if...

  • you are a beginner and want to know more about quilts

  • you are a designer and want to know what is out there so you can move forward

  • you are a quilt shop teacher and want original contents to organise your classes

  • you have an imaginative mind and want to explore the block possibilities

A personal invitation from Emmanuelle...

I've been doing the research for the past decade

I have compiled ideas for the past few years, I have come up with exercises that are adapted for a better understanding of patchwork what ever your level is (thanks to a Craft Trainer Award that I obtained in England).

I have created fun visual documents for you to use and enjoy with fabric prints that I created (thanks to a 3 year Fabric Designer Certificate course).

I hope you will move on to the next step and have a look at Designing a Quilt 101.

See you there,

Emmanuelle
