WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Hello everybody,

Today I'm going to tell you about the journey I have started.

In September 2019, I joined a course called DCA (Digital Course Academy), at first I spent the 12 weeks (length of the course) learning and applying the techniques that I was given.

I transformed a 5 volume book that I had made during the past 6 years into an online course. But as I was doing the work, new ideas kept on appearing in my head.

I started imagining how I could teach the quilt patterns in a different way, how I could use designs such as "Storm at Sea", "Drunkard's Path" or "Hunter's Star" in a new way.

How I could explain the use of the shapes, the use of the colors, the use of the patterns to make amazing and original quilts.

It is still an ongoing work, I have started giving the videos I made, the workbooks that go with them.

For the moment you might have the feeling you are only getting fragments of the puzzle, and that is true, as I am only at the beginning of my journey.

But one thing is for sure, I have all my categories ready, and as the videos will be made and the workbooks will become available, you will be able to get a binder and put all those PDFs under each category and you will have the most amazing binder that you have ever seen about Quilts.

So the categories are: SHAPES, COLORS, BLOCKS, TEMPLATES, QUILTS and NOTIONS.

If you create a Tag in your binder for each one of these categories, you are going to know exactly where to file your PDFs.

This is how it works, once you have downloaded the PDF (free or with charge), the title of the document will be underneath the category it goes into:

For example "The 3 Color Aspects to take into consideration when choosing Fabrics", is available for free in the "Store" section of my website. Once downloaded you will file it in your binder under the tag "Colors".

Other example "The 3 Visual Effects to use when Designing a Quilt Top", is available for 20 Dollars in the "Store" section of my website. Once downloaded you will file it in your binder under the tag "Shapes".

Please note that the difference between a Free version of the PDF and a paying version of the PDF is the amount of worksheets available in the workbook as well as a more detailed breakdown of the subject.
